Welcome. My name is Nils, and my mission is to bring understanding to the process of Kundalini and support those navigating its challenges. With that same approach, I also support people living with fibromyalgia, trauma and other forms of dysregulation.
For over a decade I struggled with Kundalini syndrome. After an explosive expansion of consciousness, the world I had known had fallen apart and I was torn into pieces, again and again. I felt lost, confused, and hopeless. Everything I tried to build crumbled. Debilitating pain made me withdraw from life. I was constantly on fire and my mind felt like a battlefield of unseen forces. With no context for what was happening, I thought I had gone insane.
After trying countless therapies and practices that either barely delivered results or worsened my condition, I had to develop a new method, one that finally helped me emerge from the crucible more whole and embodied. I know both the challenges and gifts of the process from within my very marrow — how what begins as a crisis can turn into initiation.
Having been injured by misdirected spiritual practice, I became frustrated by the way yoga and meditation are taught in a one-size-fits-all fashion and how advanced practices are freely given to unprepared students. We all enter spirituality with unique personal histories and needs and what is liberating to one may be destructive to another. My aim is to make spirituality accessible and safe for everyone. For this we need to find our personal entry point.
Today, I accompany others through their awakening and through the difficult work of restoring the physiological foundation that allows a shift from surviving to thriving. I offer grounded presence and reassurance that crisis can be a gateway to a richer, more meaningful life.
Rather than a teacher or therapist, I am a companion walking beside you. My role is to hold safe and compassionate space, not diagnose or prescribe, reminding you to trust the voice of your own heart.
