Need immediate support? Crisis Survival Self-Help Guide

Something in you has shifted – in your body, perception, sense of self – and nobody around you has a meaningful language for it? Are you tired of therapies and practices that didn't help or made things worse? Do you want to discover where Kundalini moves when not resisted?

This work offers a route that is deeply yours.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy supports people through health issues and discomfort with movement, breathing, autonomic regulation, lifestyle and awareness, rather than with diagnosis and treatment in the medical sense. The contribution of this method is its holistic lens: by reading the organism as one integrated system and working at the level of patterns rather than symptoms, it builds the conditions under which the organism can restore itself. Sitting within health education and behavioral health, yoga therapy fills the gap between medical treatment and day-to-day living.

How Working Together Looks Like

You'll be welcomed into a supportive and non-judgmental environment where your experience is seen, validated and understood. After assessing the nature of your unique process and the current state you are in, I provide practical methods to ground, regulate your nervous system, energy and emotions and stay anchored in your body.

This work is not meant to control or suppress Kundalini, although at times it is helpful to slow down the process. The aim is to increase resilience and adaptability, so the awakening becomes contained and more integrative.

Together we explore the nature of your individual experience to help reframe confusion or fear and gain insight into what is unfolding. We reflect on questions such as: What truth is being revealed? Which part of you seeks integration? What patterns are ready to dissolve? Where are you resisting the process? How does your awakening serve life?

The work combines two complementary movements: easing overwhelm and calming the nervous system to build stability, and depth work that gently unwinds patterns and stored stress. Capacity is built at the outer levels first, before deeper layers are touched. Calming alone brings short-term relief but isn't enough on its own for lasting change. Once stability is established can depth work begin, and with it, real change. This often opens up new depth in the spiritual domain, calling for sincerity and devotion to your unique path.

Together we work layer by layer to support your alignment with Kundalini.
